We've had dogs all our lives, from small to large and different breeds. We currently have a male Old English Sheepdog who is 7 years old. He's obedience trained and very friendly both to people and other dogs. We like to spend time at the beach or in the mountains with our dog and are out every weekend. We would make sure your dog had as much exercise and fun as it needed, while keeping it safe and loved. My husband runs early every morning with Chewy and would happily take other medium/large dogs for a few miles before sunrise. We would like to meet your dog before we confirm any bookings as its important to us that your dog is happy with us and that your dog and Chewy get along. We are located in Dibba, it's quiet, rural and about an hour from Fujairah city and RAK. Please make sure your pet is flea and tick free.

Restrictions

We would want to meet your dog before confirming a booking to make sure Chewy and your dog will co-exist happily. All dogs MUST be vaccinated and have up to date paperwork. I am sorry but I will not accept a dog without proof of vaccination status, for the protection of my own dog. No intact males. No females in season.

Experience

We have had dogs all our lives. In the last 10 years we've had three Old English Sheepdogs two of whom are in the UK now with our kids as for various reasons they couldn't fly out here. My husband grew up with Dobermans and German Shepherds, myself with a Chow Chow and a selection of rescue mutts.

Karen and Ian are the BEST pet sitters! I felt so confident that my pup was in great hands while I was away. Their dog Chewy is so friendly and got along beautifully with my Amigo, I didn’t stress at all about leaving. I was delighted to receive status updates, photos, and videos of them all having fun, swimming, and playing together. Their home is absolutely beautiful and is quite near the beach, so plenty of running and swimming for exercise. If you want an excellent dog-sitting experience, book them NOW! Thank you so much.
