I am an animal lover and fur mama to a 6 year-old chocolate Labrador retriever, Calvin. I grew up with a variety of pets (dogs, turtle, rabbits, fish, horses), and I love all animals, but I have a special relationship with dogs. I am happy to bathe, brush, and administer any medications needed.

Restrictions

I am more than willing to board one dog at our home with Calvin, but please know that our apartment is in a tower and is rather small, so we could only board one dog at a time. If your pet(s) needs more space, I am committed to being an attentive sitter and checking in on your fur children at your home. No puppies, please. Fully house-trained, leash-trained, well-behaved dogs only for boarding. I cannot board cats (allergies), and I find that cats are more comfortable staying in their own space. I am committed to attending to your cats needs in your home.

Experience

My whole life there have always been animals in the house. We always had at least 2 dogs, as well as a turtle, a rat, a rabbit, a parrot, canaries, and countless fish. I have also trained dogs.

Heather and Ismaail came to the rescue after I had to fly home to Oz at short notice. And what serendipity: very personable, amenable and made the effort to send me an update each day complete with video of Kasbah's best side (as in 'profile', Siamese cats only have best side when they want food). Kasbah indicated that she was verging on disappointed that I had returned. Typical cat. Thank you both!
