JVT Jumeirah Village Triangle, Dubai
We have Miroo (Turkish Angora Cat), Marley (French Bulldog) and Speedy (Desert Tortoise) in our home. Miroo likes to stay in her castle upstairs most of the time, and Marley (boy) pretty much follows us wherever we go at home.Speedy (boy) stays outside the garden and eats the flowers. There’s a dog door installed perfect for small - sized to medium-sized dogs so that they can easily go in and out the home towards the garden and it leads to an enclosed play pen (where we have all of Marley’s toys to avoid clutter) inside the house. During summer, we walk Marley twice a day, in both cases we spend time to play with him outside with a ball or a frisbee at the nearby park. During winter, we take him out three times a day. I do some freelance work from home so I have more than enough time to care for an additional dog, and mainly we’d love to have Marley to have a playmate.
Because of the size of the dog door, we can only accept small to medium-sized dogs. Dogs aren’t allowed upstairs, we closed off the staircase with a gate, as this is where Miroo (our cat) prefers to have her alone time. Marley (our dog) is generally friendly, but it’s always good to introduce your dog to ours first beforehand to make sure they get along. Speedy (our turtle) shouldn’t be a problem with any pets. Kindly bring all of your pet’s supplies (e.g food, toys, treats, leash) for the duration of his or her stay with us. Because we don’t have help at home, we prefer to have potty-trained dogs. Vaccinations should be up to date.
I grew up with dogs most of my life. I’ve had a cat for over 6 years.
I am the designated dog sitter for my friends for years when they go on trips (experienced with cocker spaniel, shihtzu, bulldog).
